本政策说明我们如何处理你在本页面填写的个人资料，依据马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法令》(PDPA)。

2. 我们收集什么

你在表单里填的：年龄区间、每天可投入的时间、WhatsApp 号码（含国家区号）
你点了哪一支广告进来（广告编号、投放版位）——用来判断哪些广告有效
技术资料：浏览器识别字串、所在国家/地区、Meta 的广告点击标识 (fbp / fbc)

如果你选择「未满 18 岁」，我们不会收集你的号码，只会记录一次匿名计数。

3. 我们拿来做什么

联系你：由我们的经纪人透过 WhatsApp 与你联系，说明工作内容并评估这次申请。
衡量广告成效：我们会把你的手机号码经过单向加密处理（SHA-256 哈希）后提供给 Meta Platforms（Facebook / Instagram 的营运方），用于比对广告成效、以及建立类似受众以投放后续广告。Meta 收到的是不可还原的哈希值，不是你的号码本身。
改善招募流程：以汇总统计的形式分析（例如「选三小时以上的人有多少」），这类分析不指向个人。

4. 我们会给谁

本公司负责招募的经纪人
Meta Platforms —— 仅限第 3 节所述的哈希后号码
为我们提供网站与资料库服务的技术供应商（Cloudflare, Inc.）

除上述情形，以及法律要求或你另行同意者外，我们不会把你的资料提供给其他第三方，也不会出售你的资料。

5. 保留多久

自你送出表单之日起 24 个月。期限届满后，我们会删除或匿名化你的个人资料。如果你在这段期间成为我们的合作主播，你的资料会改由合作关系相关的记录另行保存。

6. 你的权利

你随时可以要求：查询我们持有你的哪些资料、更正不正确的资料、撤回本同意、或要求删除。撤回同意之后我们就不会再联系你，但不影响撤回之前已经进行的处理。

7. 怎么联络我们

查询、更正、撤回同意或要求删除资料，请电邮至 bgm.media.business@gmail.com，信里请写上你送出表单时使用的手机号码，我们才找得到你的记录。
我们会在收到后 21 天内回覆。

8. 本政策的变更

本政策如有更新，我们会更改上方的版本号与生效日。你送出表单时所同意的版本会与你的记录一并保存。

9. 语言

本政策以中文与英文并列。两个版本内容等同；如有歧义，以中文版为准。

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we handle the personal data you submit on this page, in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

What you enter in the form: your age range, the time you can commit each day, and your WhatsApp number (including country dialling code)
Which advertisement you came from (ad identifier, placement) — used to determine which ads are effective
Technical data: browser user-agent string, your country/region, and Meta advertising click identifiers (fbp / fbc)

If you select “under 18”, we do not collect your phone number; we record only an anonymous count.

3. What we use it for

To contact you: our agents will reach you via WhatsApp to explain the role and assess your application.
To measure advertising performance: we disclose your phone number to Meta Platforms (the operator of Facebook and Instagram) only after one-way encryption (SHA-256 hashing), in order to measure ad performance and to build lookalike audiences for subsequent advertising. Meta receives an irreversible hash, not your number itself.
To improve our recruitment process: analysis in aggregate form only (for example, how many applicants selected three hours or more). Such analysis does not identify individuals.

4. Who we disclose it to

Our recruitment agents
Meta Platforms — limited to the hashed phone number described in section 3
Our website and database service provider (Cloudflare, Inc.)

Apart from the above, and where required by law or separately consented to by you, we do not disclose your data to any other third party, and we do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

24 months from the date you submit the form. After that period we will delete or anonymise your personal data. If you become one of our contracted streamers during that period, your data will instead be retained under the records relating to that engagement.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, withdrawal of this consent, or deletion of your data. Once you withdraw consent we will stop contacting you; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. How to contact us

For access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion requests, email bgm.media.business@gmail.com. Please state the phone number you used when submitting the form, so that we can locate your record.
We will respond within 21 days of receipt.

8. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice we will change the version number and effective date shown above. The version you consented to at the time of submission is stored together with your record.

9. Language

This notice is published in Chinese and English. The two versions are equivalent in content; in the event of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
